Please try clearing your cache and reloading the lesson or module first.
- In the "Me" tab, tap on "System settings"
- In the next screen, tap on "Clear cache"
- A pop-up screen will appear asking you to confirm your choice
- Tap on "Confirm"
Go back to the lesson or module and check if the audio/image now loads correctly.
