Please try clearing your cache and reloading the lesson or module first.

  1. In the "Me" tab, tap on "System settings"
  2. In the next screen, tap on "Clear cache"
  3. A pop-up screen will appear asking you to confirm your choice
  4. Tap on "Confirm"

Go back to the lesson or module and check if the audio/image now loads correctly.
