Here's how you can send your gift:


  • Contact us via the in-app “Contact Us” link (ME>>Contact Us), or write to us at support@fluenday.com with "Gift Subscription" as the subject line. (Preferably a few days to a week in advance if you have a special occasion, such as birthdays or Christmas, in mind.) We'll send you an email with payment instructions for the gift subscription.


  • Respond to our email and let us know the gift recipient's name and email address, the subscription type you'd like to gift, and send us the transaction ID in your payment confirmation email.


  • If there's a specific date you'd like the gift subscription to be received on, please tell us this too -- noting your time zone so we don't mix up any time differences. (If no date is specified, we'll send out the gift subscription within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.)


  • You can also include a personalized message, which we'll send to the recipient together with your gift. (We hope you don’t mind us reading this - gift subscriptions are being "hand delivered" at the moment while we set up an automated system.)


That’s it! The recipient will receive an email from FluenDay with your message (if you leave one) and instructions on how to access their gift subscription!
